Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Office Executive to join our remote team. As a Backend Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling critical office support functions, managing documentation, and ensuring that backend operations run smoothly without the need for direct customer interaction.
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and digital file management using company tools and platforms
Process internal documents, reports, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and on time
Coordinate with internal departments via email and collaboration tools for smooth workflow
Review, verify, and maintain accuracy of records and information
Create and update spreadsheets, forms, and backend databases
Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal use
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies
Support team leads with ad hoc administrative tasks
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 35-40 WPM)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Basic knowledge of data processing and document handling
Clear written communication skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
0 to 2 years of experience in any back-office, data entry, or administrative role
Freshers are welcome and will be given proper training
Prior remote work experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Flexible shift options: choose between morning, afternoon, or evening slots
Minimum 4 hours/day for part-time or 8 hours/day for full-time
5 or 6 working days per week (customizable based on your availability)
High attention to detail and precision in work
