Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Office Executive to join our remote team. As a Backend Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling critical office support functions, managing documentation, and ensuring that backend operations run smoothly without the need for direct customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and digital file management using company tools and platforms

  • Process internal documents, reports, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and on time

  • Coordinate with internal departments via email and collaboration tools for smooth workflow

  • Review, verify, and maintain accuracy of records and information

  • Create and update spreadsheets, forms, and backend databases

  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal use

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies

  • Support team leads with ad hoc administrative tasks


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace

  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 35-40 WPM)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments

  • Basic knowledge of data processing and document handling

Experience

Working Hours

  • Minimum 4 hours/day for part-time or 8 hours/day for full-time
