Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Market Research Interviewers. In this role, you will conduct structured telephone interviews with participants across various sectors to collect valuable data that supports client research goals. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals who are articulate, curious, and passionate about consumer trends, opinions, and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telephone interviews with individuals, professionals, or business representatives.

• Accurately record responses using survey tools and data entry platforms.

• Ensure a friendly, respectful, and unbiased approach during all conversations.

• Follow scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance.

• Meet daily and weekly targets related to the number of interviews and completion rates.

• Report any challenges or trends observed during interviews to team leaders.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards at all times.

• Participate in training and performance reviews as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using online forms or CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Quiet home office setup with reliable internet connection.

Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, call centers, or research is a plus but not mandatory.

• Freshers and career returnees are encouraged to apply—training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts available (Morning, Afternoon, Evening).

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week required.

• Option to choose weekday or weekend shifts based on availability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
