Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy, in partnership with Flipkart, is currently hiring enthusiastic and career-driven freshers for Voice and Non-Voice Process roles. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to kick-start their career in customer service and operations with one of Indias leading e-commerce giants. The role requires effective communication, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via voice calls (inbound/outbound) and non-voice channels (chat/email).

  • Assist users with order tracking, refunds, cancellations, and product-related queries.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.

  • Record and update accurate information in customer interaction databases.

  • Collaborate with team leaders to resolve escalated issues effectively.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance and quality benchmarks.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or voice/non-voice process is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (Day and Night)

  • 6 days working with 1 weekly off

  • Flexible shift timings may be required during peak seasons.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce customer support operations.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.
