Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking energetic, dedicated, and customer-focused individuals (both male and female) for Airport Ground Staff positions across various airports in India. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and disembarkation procedures.

• Handle baggage inquiries and ensure smooth luggage processing and delivery.

• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely flight operations.

• Assist elderly or differently-abled passengers, and manage VIP services as required.

• Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures at all times.

• Provide information and resolve passenger queries related to flights, gates, schedules, and delays.

• Manage ticketing and reservation counters as per assignment.

• Support emergency situations by following standard operating procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent education.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.

• Presentable appearance and professional grooming.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.

• Physically fit and mentally alert; able to handle long standing hours.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.

• Experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts including early morning, night, weekends, and holidays.

• 8 to 10-hour shifts, depending on airport scheduling.

• Overtime may apply during peak travel seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth understanding of airport operations and customer service protocols (training will be provided).

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle large volumes of passengers.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.

• Good memory for remembering flight schedules, protocols, and standard practices.

• Willingness to relocate or work at any major airport location in India.
