Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our logistics team as Field Executives (Delivery Partners). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals looking to start a career in the e-commerce delivery sector. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Flipkart orders directly to customers doorsteps—without the need for your own bike. Transportation will be provided or assigned based on area logistics. You will play a vital role in ensuring on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Flipkart packages to customers within an assigned area using company-provided transportation or designated local means.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for daily parcel assignments.

• Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) through digital or manual methods.

• Follow route planning and comply with Flipkarts delivery protocols.

• Maintain delivery logs and submit reports as needed.

• Communicate delays, issues, or customer feedback promptly to supervisors.

• Handle packages with care to avoid damage or loss.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of smartphone usage (for delivery tracking).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting parcels up to 10-15 kg.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.

Experience

• No prior delivery experience required.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Previous field or delivery-related experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• 6 days a week (rotational weekly off).

• Day shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or as per delivery slot requirement.

• Overtime may be applicable during peak delivery periods (extra compensation provided).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods is a plus.

• Ability to handle pressure during high-volume delivery days.

• Basic troubleshooting of delivery app-related issues on the field.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to follow safety and company protocols.
