Job Summary:

Flipkart is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our retail team as Store Assistants for our growing network of fulfillment and experience centers. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for individuals who have completed at least the 10th grade and are enthusiastic about working in a dynamic retail environment. As a Store Assistant, you will be a key contributor in ensuring smooth store operations, product handling, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining store inventory.

• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, labeled, and arranged.

• Help customers locate products and provide basic information when needed.

• Perform product scanning, price verification, and support at the billing counter.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store.

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per company standards.

• Report stock discrepancies or damages to the store manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass from a recognized board.

• Basic understanding of retail processes and customer service.

• Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.

• Ability to communicate in Hindi or local language; basic English is a plus.

• Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome.

• Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or store operations will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time: 9 hours shift (including breaks).

• Rotational shifts between 9 AM to 9 PM (Morning and Evening shifts).

• 6 days working, 1 weekly off (on rotation basis).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with inventory handling and store layout management.

• Basic understanding of using barcode scanners and hand-held devices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.
