Job Summary

Flipkart is hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse operations team as Product Scanners. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate inventory management and smooth dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities

• Scan and verify product barcodes using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory logging.

• Sort, label, and organize items as per warehouse protocols.

• Collaborate with dispatch and packaging teams to ensure timely order processing.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the work area.

• Report any inconsistencies or damaged products to the supervisor.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse management.

• Ensure compliance with Flipkarts operational and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent educational qualification.

• Ability to understand basic instructions and operate a barcode scanner.

• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

• Basic understanding of warehouse practices is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics roles preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Night Shift Available: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (with breaks).

• Weekly off on a rotational basis.

• Overtime and weekend work may be available based on business needs.
