GracePath Healthcare is actively seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our growing team in the United States. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist patients in their homes with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and a high quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Monitor and report changes in the clients health, behavior, or condition

• Help with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks, etc.)

• Perform basic housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and light cleaning

• Administer medication reminders and assist with therapeutic exercises

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

• Adhere to care plans developed by registered nurses or healthcare professionals

• Comply with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Nursing Assistant (CNA), or equivalent credential preferred (training may be provided for eligible candidates)

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and home care practices

• Proficient in English (spoken and written); other language skills are a plus

• Valid international passport

• Willingness to relocate to the United States under an approved visa program

Experience

• 0–2 years of caregiving, home care, or health aide experience

• Prior experience with elderly, disabled, or chronically ill patients is an asset but not mandatory

• Recent nursing graduates or healthcare students are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available: Full-Time, Part-Time, Live-in, or Overnight care

• Weekend and holiday rotations may be required based on client needs

• Overtime available for eligible shifts
