Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
Monitor and report changes in the clients physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals.
Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and general tidiness.
Administer medications or reminders as per the care plan and training.
Document care activities and maintain accurate records.
Assist with mobility devices, exercise routines, and transport to appointments as required.
Follow infection control, safety, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid HHA or CNA certification (state-specific).
Basic knowledge of elder care techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed.
Good communication skills—both verbal and written.
A caring attitude, patience, and high emotional intelligence.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Prior experience as a Caregiver, HHA, or CNA is highly preferred but not mandatory.
New graduates with certification and a passion for elder care are encouraged to apply.
Experience working with dementia or Alzheimers patients is a plus.
Flexible scheduling available: Full-time, Part-time, and Live-in shifts.
Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts offered.
Per diem roles available for short-term or relief assignments.
Deep understanding of elderly care practices including fall prevention and nutrition.
Ability to adapt care style based on client needs and personality.
Familiarity with using electronic documentation or care tracking systems.
Team-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
