Job Summary

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to elderly, disabled, or recovering patients in hospitals, care homes, or private residences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient behavior, reporting any changes to the medical team

  • Support mobility and physical activities, including repositioning and transferring patients safely

  • Help with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining dietary requirements

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, ensuring their dignity and independence

  • Keep patient living areas clean, safe, and organized

  • Comply with infection control protocols and health regulations

  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals for effective patient care delivery

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory (training provided for eligible candidates)

  • Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and hygiene standards

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills

  • Physically able to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and mobility assistance

  • Willingness to relocate to the U.S. and commit to long-term employment

  • Valid passport and eligibility for U.S. visa sponsorship


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in caregiving, healthcare, or personal assistance is preferred

  • Freshers with caregiving passion and willingness to undergo training are encouraged to apply

  • International candidates with experience in hospitals, aged care facilities, or home health are welcome


Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays (with additional allowances)
