Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in Singapore. This part-time opportunity is ideal for those who want to work flexible 4-hour shifts and gain experience in the retail industry. As a Retail Crew Member, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellent service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store floor and display areas
Restock shelves and ensure product availability
Operate POS systems to manage cash and card transactions efficiently
Support promotional activities and in-store events
Report any customer issues or inventory concerns to the supervisor
Uphold company brand standards and customer service policies
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
Minimum GCE N
Level or equivalent
Good spoken English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
Basic computer literacy (for using POS and inventory systems)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not required
Freshers and students are welcome to apply — full training will be provided
Flexible 4-hour shifts available:
Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Afternoon (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Evening (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Weekend and holiday availability is a plus
