Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is currently hiring dedicated and efficient Warehouse Packers for flexible 4-hour shifts. As a Warehouse Packer, you will be responsible for organizing, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products according to order specifications

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging

• Label and seal packages correctly for shipping

• Sort and organize items in the warehouse efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the packing area

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols

• Communicate with supervisors regarding stock levels or packing issues

• Operate basic packing equipment (training provided)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to read and follow written packing instructions

• Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic math and counting skills

• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Experience

• No prior experience required – training provided

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing roles is a plus

• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• 4-hour fixed or flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening)

• Options available for weekday or weekend shifts

• Overtime available occasionally on demand
