Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally via chat, email, or phone.

  • Provide accurate product and service information to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Follow company communication scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers.

  • Escalate complex queries to senior support representatives or managers as required.

  • Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
