As an Online Chat Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing real-time assistance and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience.
Handle incoming customer queries through live chat with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide prompt responses to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer tailored support.
Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or technical teams when necessary.
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and workflows consistently.
Update customer records and interaction details accurately in internal systems.
Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely problem resolution.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment.
A customer-centric approach with empathy and patience.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with chat and CRM tools.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Flexible shifts available (Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts).
Candidates should be open to working on weekends or public holidays on a rotational basis.
Full-time (8-hour shifts) with 1-hour break included.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations with tact.
