Job Summary

Progressive Technology is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Remote Customer Care Executive to support Zomatos customer service operations. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for Zomato users, resolving queries and ensuring a smooth user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via chat, email, or phone.

  • Provide accurate information about Zomatos services, orders, and delivery tracking.

  • Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and update necessary databases.

  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers for continuous improvement.

  • Adhere to communication and process guidelines set by Zomato.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).

Working Hours
