Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Work From Home Telecalling Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level candidates who are looking to kick-start their careers in customer interaction, lead generation, and client communication. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, introducing products/services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships — all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

  • Explain products and services to customers clearly and effectively.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.

  • Address queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by the team lead.

  • Maintain accurate call records and submit regular reports.

  • Provide feedback from customers to support improvements.

  • Uphold company values while engaging with customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any undergraduate degree.

  • Good command of English or Hindi (fluency in regional languages is a plus).

  • Basic knowledge of using mobile phones, WhatsApp, or computer systems.

  • Polite, persuasive, and confident tone of voice.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Experience in BPO, telecalling, customer service, or sales is a bonus but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible part-time and full-time options available.

  • Typical working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

  • Sunday is an off-day (fixed weekly off).


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools or call tracking software (training provided).
