SysTechCare Support is actively seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Warehouse Operator to join our growing logistics and operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in supply chain or warehouse management. As a Trainee Warehouse Operator, you will receive full training and support to handle day-to-day warehousing activities such as inventory management, order fulfillment, goods dispatch, and stock control.
You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the foundational skills required to grow in the logistics and distribution sector.
Receive, unload, and store incoming goods accurately.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.
Carry out regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.
Operate warehouse equipment (after proper training and certification).
Assist in inventory control procedures and stock rotation.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Accurately complete all relevant documentation and record-keeping.
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
Physically fit and able to lift items up to [specify weight, e.g., 25kg].
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Good numerical and organizational skills.
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
No prior experience required — this is a trainee role.
Candidates with previous exposure to warehouse or logistics environments will have an added advantage.
All necessary training and onboarding will be provided on the job.
Full-Time: Monday to Saturday
Shift-based work may include morning, afternoon, or night shifts (rotational)
Flexible hours may be available based on operational needs.
