Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our electrical services division. This is a hands-on training opportunity under the supervision of licensed electricians, designed to build foundational knowledge in electrical systems, wiring, and installations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, safety-conscious, and committed to developing a long-term career in the electrical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across residential, commercial, or industrial sites.

• Run wiring, install outlets, switches, panels, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.

• Use hand and power tools properly and safely under supervision.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance as directed.

• Keep job site clean and organized; ensure tools and equipment are returned and stored correctly.

• Report progress, delays, or issues to supervisors on a daily basis.

• Participate in on-the-job training and technical classroom instruction when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Basic understanding of electrical principles, tools, and equipment.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to follow instructions.

• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be willing to adhere to safety protocols and use PPE at all times.

• Valid drivers license may be required, depending on job site transportation needs.

Experience

• No prior electrician experience required; this is an entry-level apprenticeship position.

• Any prior exposure to construction or trade work is considered a plus.

• Candidates with vocational or trade school background in electrical studies will be given preference.

Working Hours

• Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Overtime, weekend, or evening work may be required depending on project schedules and deadlines.

• Job site flexibility and punctuality are essential.
