Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic on-site development team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about writing clean, efficient code and building robust back-end systems that drive innovative applications and services. As a Senior Python Developer, you will lead development initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to high-impact projects that define our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python applications and RESTful APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Lead the backend architecture design for new features and oversee system integration efforts.

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following industry best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.

• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the software development lifecycle.

• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior developers.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their integration into existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python with at least 5 years of professional development experience.

• In-depth understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Solid experience in REST API development and integration.

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Proficient in version control tools such as Git.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.

• Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications in a team-based environment.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development cycles.

Working Hours

• Full-Time On-Site Role

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Occasional extended hours depending on project deadlines.
