Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Associates to join our growing remote support team. Key Responsibilities

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

• Quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Experience

• Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or help desk role is preferred but not required.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available: Full-time or part-time options.
