Job Summary

Progressive Technology is currently hiring Remote Customer Service Agents to support our rapidly growing customer base. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess strong communication skills, and are looking to start immediately in a remote work environment. As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls regarding products, orders, or general inquiries.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and issue resolution.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs) for quality and efficiency.

  • Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and updates.

  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic tone in all communications.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple systems, and typing quickly and accurately.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision.

  • Strong customer focus and a genuine desire to help others.


Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, telemarketing, or a similar field is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling options available:

    • Full-time: 35–40 hours/week

    • Part-time: 15–30 hours/week

  • Shift coverage may include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend availability (depending on your preference and availability).

  • Immediate start available with rolling intakes.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting steps and customer service best practices.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high call volumes.

  • Familiarity with call center software, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms (preferred).

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies or procedures.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
