Job Summary

Delta Airlines is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, flight reservations, travel-related concerns, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Assist with booking flights, managing reservations, issuing refunds, and rebooking itineraries.

  • Address inquiries related to baggage, flight delays, upgrades, and loyalty programs.

  • Resolve complaints and concerns with empathy, following Deltas customer care protocols.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deltas services, policies, and procedures.

  • Log customer interactions in internal systems and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Uphold Deltas customer-first philosophy in every interaction to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); college education preferred.

  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools, live chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet connection.

  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and stay organized in a remote setting.


Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, travel, or hospitality environment is preferred.

  • Prior experience in a remote customer service role is a plus.

  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is desirable but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Full-time and part-time schedules offered based on operational requirements.

  • Must be available to attend paid virtual training for the first 2–4 weeks.
