Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy, clarity, and a helpful tone.
Resolve customer concerns regarding reservations, flight status, baggage claims, refunds, and loyalty program inquiries.
Provide real-time problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta services, policies, and travel updates to inform and guide customers effectively.
Document all customer interactions in Deltas CRM system with precision.
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate virtually with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement and feedback sharing.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high-stress situations professionally.
Competency in using digital tools such as CRM software, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
A quiet, distraction-free home working environment with a high-speed internet connection.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support role.
Airline, travel, or hospitality industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience handling sensitive customer issues with discretion and care.
Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Candidates must be open to working in rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.
In-depth understanding of customer care principles and conflict resolution.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
