Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing and branding initiatives. This paid internship is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about digital media, content creation, and community engagement. The intern will play an essential role in curating content, monitoring engagement metrics, and assisting in executing campaigns that enhance our online presence and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

• Create compelling graphics, videos, and posts to promote brand awareness and engagement

• Monitor, respond to, and interact with followers, influencers, and customers

• Track and analyze metrics to measure the performance of social media campaigns

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates

• Conduct competitor and industry research for content inspiration and strategy building

• Support the marketing team with ad hoc tasks and content calendar planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

• Basic understanding of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Creative thinker with a flair for engaging visual and written content

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus (Meta Insights, Buffer, Hootsuite)

Experience

• No prior professional experience required

• Preference will be given to candidates with personal or academic experience managing social media pages, blogs, or online communities

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours: 3 to 4 hours/day

• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

• Remote – work from anywhere with internet access

• Strong storytelling ability and a good eye for aesthetics

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
