Job Summary

Progressive Technology is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence across multiple platforms. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in building our brand voice, growing our audience, and engaging communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, and emerging platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and branding.

  • Create, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content including images, videos, stories, and posts.

  • Manage day-to-day interactions and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback.

  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activities.

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (optional based on experience).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong content creation abilities (copywriting, graphic design basics, short-form video editing).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.

  • Background in working for start-ups, remote companies, or digital-first organizations is preferred.


Working Hours
