Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth through global affiliate partnerships. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliates to promote our suite of digital products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across various digital channels.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue.

• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.

• Create promotional content and marketing assets to support affiliate partners.

• Foster strong relationships with affiliates to maintain engagement and loyalty.

• Track conversions, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and competitive programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and performance-based marketing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, and email marketing.

• Proficiency in using affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ, or similar) is a plus.

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for online marketing are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience in building and scaling affiliate networks is a strong advantage.
