Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of our office. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment, enjoys interacting with clients and staff, and can manage a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming front office environment and providing essential administrative support to various departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.

  • Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and route them to the appropriate departments.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area and meeting rooms.

  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar management for senior executives.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, visitor management, and internal event coordination.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

  • Support the HR/Admin team with document preparation, filing, and database entry.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.


Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional office setting is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems is required.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Occasional flexibility required during high-volume or special company events.
