Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive in our Delhi office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their careers in the customer service industry. The role involves handling customer interactions through both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice (email/chat) channels, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat support.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant departments when necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Good listening skills with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office and typing.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).

  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented approach.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer service or call centers (voice/non-voice process) will be an added advantage but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off

  • Shift Timings: Rotational (Day/Evening/Night Shifts based on process requirements)

  • Total Duration: 8 to 9 hours per shift including breaks

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
