Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support is seeking passionate and responsible Private Home Tutors to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic support to students from Class 1 to 10 across various subjects including Math, Science, English, and Social Studies. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for educators, graduates, or individuals with a strong academic background who enjoy one-on-one teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized home tutoring sessions based on the students learning pace and academic needs.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and worksheets tailored to the students curriculum.

• Provide homework assistance and help students prepare for school exams and assessments.

• Monitor student progress regularly and provide feedback to parents or guardians.

• Use interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.

• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (in any discipline; Education or related fields preferred).

• Strong academic knowledge of subjects up to Class 10 (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).

• Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and create interest in learning.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong subject command and passion for teaching are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: Flexible shifts available between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

• Tutors may choose preferred number of working hours and locations based on availability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of school-level subjects and syllabus (Class 1–10).

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles.

• Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with students.

• Basic understanding of educational tools and resources.
