Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals for the position of Part-Time Telecaller to join our fast-paced call operations team in Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for freshers or experienced candidates looking to build a career in voice-based customer interaction. The selected candidates will handle both inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and English, assisting customers with queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products/services.

  • Answer incoming calls from existing clients and resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Follow call scripts and adhere to company protocols.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends, recurring issues, or suggestions to the team lead.

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette and customer handling.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, call logs, typing).

  • Must be comfortable with a voice-based profile.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or BPO process will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Part-Time Shift Options:
    Morning: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
    Evening: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Clear and pleasant voice with good diction.

  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM or call management software (preferred).

  • Goal-oriented mindset and team collaboration spirit.

  • Ability to learn scripts, company procedures, and adapt to new challenges.
