Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support, a leading IT solutions provider based in Chennai, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong command of Python and SQL. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, solving real-world business problems, and contributing to data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Python and SQL.

• Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support business stakeholders.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to define metrics and KPIs.

• Present findings with data visualizations and clear business narratives to non-technical stakeholders.

• Automate repetitive data tasks and improve efficiency in data handling.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficient in Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).

• Strong experience with SQL for querying relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and statistical techniques.

• Ability to visualize data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Science role.

• Prior experience in the IT services or technology sector is a plus.

• Internship experience with real-world data projects is acceptable for fresh graduates with strong technical skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

• Flexible hours with occasional remote working option depending on project needs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of relational databases and query optimization

• Hands-on experience with APIs and JSON/XML data formats

• Exposure to cloud-based data services like AWS Redshift, Azure SQL, or Google BigQuery is a bonus

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Eagerness to learn new tools, languages, and data platforms
