Amazon is seeking a passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented Learning Ambassador to join our Fulfillment Center team. As a Learning Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and training new associates, facilitating skills development, and supporting a culture of safety, quality, and high performance. You will be the face of learning for new hires and an influential resource for all associates. This role is essential in ensuring that operational teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver the Amazon customer promise.
Deliver effective, engaging, and hands-on training sessions for new hires and existing associates.
Provide on-the-floor coaching and guidance to associates to ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide timely feedback to associates and leadership teams.
Maintain accurate training records and help identify skill gaps for continuous improvement.
Lead by example and demonstrate Amazons leadership principles in every interaction.
Assist in improving training materials and methods based on operational needs and feedback.
Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the work environment.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more process paths and assist in cross-training efforts.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with team members and management.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting hands-on training sessions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn proprietary software systems.
1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, training, or similar environment preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership, mentor, or training capacity is a strong advantage.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is desirable.
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
In-depth knowledge of Fulfillment Center processes and safety protocols.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and coach others with patience and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
