Job Summary

Amazon is looking for a dynamic and engaging Fulfillment Center (FC) Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. As an FC Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding new associates, delivering engaging training sessions, and supporting continuous learning across Amazons fast-paced fulfillment operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining high performance standards and driving a strong safety and quality culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor training for new hires and existing associates across operational workflows (receiving, picking, packing, stowing, shipping, etc.).

  • Facilitate orientation sessions to provide comprehensive onboarding for new employees.

  • Ensure training materials are consistently up to date, engaging, and aligned with operational standards.

  • Monitor and assess associate performance during training and provide timely coaching or feedback.

  • Support managers in tracking compliance training and certifications.

  • Conduct refresher training and upskill associates on changes in standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Participate in root cause analysis for performance or quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with leadership teams to identify training gaps and recommend scalable learning solutions.

  • Promote Amazons leadership principles and uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, or learning delivery in a warehouse, manufacturing, retail, or logistics environment.

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, standing/walking for extended periods.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a trainer, learning coordinator, or onboarding role.

  • Exposure to high-volume operational settings such as warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment is highly desirable.

  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

  • Must be flexible with scheduling based on operational needs.

  • Full-time position with 40–45 hours per week.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training techniques.

  • Ability to adapt training styles for various learning preferences.

  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Multilingual capability is a plus.
