Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing logistics network as Delivery Executives. This field-based position is ideal for those who enjoy traveling locally, delivering smiles, and ensuring timely delivery of packages to customers. As a Flipkart Delivery Executive, you will be the face of the company, responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from designated Flipkart hubs and deliver them to customers doorsteps.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries within assigned routes.

• Use Flipkarts mobile delivery app to navigate routes and update delivery status.

• Handle packages with care and follow standard delivery protocols.

• Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments where applicable and ensure secure handling.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

• Report any delivery exceptions or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th pass (SSC) or equivalent qualification.

• Basic understanding of smartphone usage and mobile applications.

• Valid drivers license (for 2-wheeler) and own two-wheeler with necessary documentation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read and understand local area addresses.

• Punctual, reliable, and physically fit for fieldwork.

Experience

• No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates with previous delivery/logistics experience (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, Amazon) will be given preference.

Working Hours

• Flexible shift timings: Full-Time and Part-Time options available.

• Typical shifts range between 6 to 8 hours.

• Opportunity to choose morning, afternoon, or evening slots based on your availability.
