Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Graphic Designer to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and brand-aligned content for various social media platforms, ensuring that our clients messages are not only seen but remembered. You will collaborate closely with content strategists, marketers, and other designers to create engaging graphics that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and resonate with target audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design original and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.

  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals.

  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful visuals tailored to platform-specific requirements.

  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all creative assets.

  • Develop short-form video snippets, reels, GIFs, and animated graphics using relevant tools.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media design, algorithms, and visual storytelling techniques.

  • Prepare and deliver source files, content calendars, and design decks as needed.

  • Optimize and format designs for web and mobile viewing across multiple devices and screen sizes.

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide innovative input to improve visual content performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and image composition for digital platforms.

  • Solid experience designing for social media platforms and an understanding of audience engagement dynamics.

  • Knowledge of content scheduling and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Buffer, Notion, or similar).

  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and the ability to adapt designs for various brand tones.

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with an agency or a brands in-house marketing team.

  • A portfolio showcasing a range of social media content designs is required for application.


Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work with a minimum availability of 25–30 hours per week.

  • Must be available for weekly check-ins and collaboration across different time zones, primarily IST and EST.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of current trends in digital media, marketing, and audience behavior.

  • Familiarity with social media algorithms and platform-specific content best practices.

  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
