Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a creative, data-aware Instagram Page Manager to own, grow, and engage our brands community on Instagram. This part‑time, remote role is tailored for female students who want hands‑on experience in social media management while balancing academics. You will plan and publish content (posts, Reels, Stories), moderate DMs/comments, track performance, and continuously experiment to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Content Planning & Scheduling: Build weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with brand guidelines, campaigns, and product/placement timelines.
Creative Production: Write captions, craft hooks, and create mobile-first visuals/Reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
Publishing & Community Management: Schedule posts via Meta Business Suite, respond to DMs/comments, and escalate queries when needed.
Growth Experiments: Run hashtag research, collaborate on giveaways, shout-outs, and influencer micro-collabs to drive organic growth.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, saves/shares, profile visits, link clicks) and submit concise weekly dashboards with insights and next steps.
Trend Spotting: Monitor Instagram trends, audio, and formats; translate them into on-brand content ideas quickly.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity, tone of voice, and posting cadence.
Basic Social Listening: Capture audience feedback, common questions, and competitor moves to inform future content.
Compliance & Governance: Follow platform policies, copyright rules (music, images), and internal review/approval workflows.
Currently enrolled as a student (any discipline) with strong interest in social media, branding, or digital marketing.
Solid grasp of Instagram features (Reels, Stories, Highlights, Guides, Collabs, Notes, Broadcast Channels).
Copywriting ability: catchy hooks, crisp CTAs, and audience-relevant messaging.
Basic design/editing skills using Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express (or similar).
Comfort with analytics: reading insights, calculating engagement rates, and presenting takeaways.
Strong time management, ability to meet deadlines, and handle a planned posting cadence.
Excellent written English; familiarity with internet/slang culture is a plus.
