Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for meticulous, self-driven Data Entry Executives to support our operations from home. This is a flexible, outcome-focused role that is perfect for students, homemakers, career returnees, part‑timers, and anyone seeking supplemental income. You will be responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining data across multiple systems and spreadsheets while adhering to strict quality and confidentiality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, clean, validate, and update data in internal CRMs, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and web-based tools.

  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy; flag inconsistencies and follow up for resolution.

  • Perform routine data audits to maintain >99% accuracy and integrity.

  • Organize, label, and archive digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.

  • Generate basic daily/weekly productivity and error-rate reports.

  • Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

  • Collaborate with supervisors via chat/email for task clarifications and process improvements.

  • Meet or exceed individual productivity KPIs (e.g., records/hour, TAT, accuracy).


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 35–45 WPM (or higher) with high accuracy.

  • Solid command of MS Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas like VLOOKUP preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly.

  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality.

  • Good written communication skills for email/chat-based collaboration.

  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage time independently.

  • Reliable laptop/desktop and stable broadband internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended).


Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, back-office, or administrative roles welcomed.

  • Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.

  • Prior experience with CRMs, ERPs, or large datasets is a plus, not a must.


Working Hours
