Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for a detail-oriented, digitally savvy female professional to manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and Meesho seller accounts. You will handle product listings, catalog hygiene, order/return workflows, customer tickets, pricing & promotions, and performance dashboards—ensuring our partner brands stay compliant, profitable, and highly rated on every marketplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Listings & Catalog Management: Create, optimize, and regularly audit product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, attributes, size/color variants).

  • Order, Return & Refund Handling: Monitor orders, coordinate dispatches, oversee cancellations/returns, and process refunds/claims within SLA.

  • Customer Service & Ticketing: Respond to buyer queries and escalations via Amazon/Meesho panels, email, and chat tools; maintain CSAT/response time targets.

  • Pricing, Deals & Promotions: Set up Lightning Deals/Promotions/Coupons, maintain competitive pricing, and track pricing errors or suppressions.

  • Inventory & Supply Coordination: Sync stock with internal teams, prevent OOS situations, and ensure accurate FBA/FBM inventory visibility.

  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Track and resolve listing suppressions, IP claims, account health notifications, and A-to-Z claims.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on sales, returns, ad spends, ACOS, conversion, buy-box %, and account health.

  • Advertising Coordination (Nice to have): Support basic campaign setups, keyword management, and bid optimizations (Amazon Ads).

  • Process Documentation: Maintain SOPs, checklists, and knowledge bases for repeatable excellence.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, logistics, design, and finance (invoices/GST reconciliation when needed).


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing/IT preferred).

  • Hands-on exposure to Amazon Seller Central and/or Meesho Supplier Panel (must-have for experienced candidates).

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Hindi.

  • Solid grasp of e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, ACOS, Buy Box, Return Rate, Cancellation Rate).

  • Ability to work with SLAs, manage priorities, and multitask in a remote setup.

  • High attention to detail and process orientation.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on marketplace operations (Amazon/Meesho/Flipkart) preferred.

  • Freshers with strong Excel and e-commerce fundamentals are welcome and will be trained.


Working Hours

  • Standard: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (two Saturdays off per month) or a 5-day week based on business need.

  • Flexibility to log in during sale events, deal launches, or urgent account health escalations.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge: Amazon/Meesho policies, catalog & taxonomy rules, listing quality guidelines, return/refund SOPs, account health metrics.

  • Skills: Data cleaning & reporting, ticket handling, content writing for listings, basic advertising setup, problem-solving.

  • Abilities: Work independently in a remote environment, learn fast, stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and deliver to strict timelines.
