Progressive Technology is hiring motivated 12th-pass candidates for flexible part‑time roles that can be performed remotely (work from home) or on‑site at our partner/client locations. You will handle simple, process-driven tasks such as data entry, customer/chat support, content moderation, basic office assistance, or field coordination—depending on your interest, location, and schedule. Depending on the project/track you opt for, you may work on one or more of the following:
Data Entry & Documentation (WFH/On‑site)
Enter, verify, and update records accurately in spreadsheets/CRMs.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data security guidelines.
Customer / Chat / Email Support (WFH)
Respond to basic customer queries using scripts/knowledge bases.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors and log all interactions.
Content Moderation & Tagging (WFH)
Review user-generated content for adherence to guidelines.
Classify, tag, and report inappropriate or suspicious content.
Back-Office / Operations Support (On‑site)
Assist with filing, printing, scanning, and simple administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Field Coordination / Runner Tasks (On‑site)
Visit nearby vendor/partner locations for document pickup/drop (where applicable).
Maintain basic logs and submit daily updates.
General
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Follow SOPs, comply with company policies, and attend brief check-ins/training.
Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Basic computer literacy: Comfortable with typing, MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, and web browsing (for WFH roles).
Communication: Clear written and/or verbal communication in English or local language (role dependent).
Attention to detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
Time management: Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
Smartphone or computer with stable internet connection for remote roles.
Willingness to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
Freshers are welcome—no prior experience required.
Up to 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or admin support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Training and SOPs will be provided for all selected candidates.
Part-time: Typically 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling possible).
Shifts: Morning/afternoon/evening/night options available based on project availability.
Weekend-only and 4–5 hour daily slots may be offered for students or working professionals.
On-site roles may follow fixed shift timings aligned with the locations operational hours.
Knowledge: Basic office tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs), email etiquette, and internet research fundamentals.
Skills: Fast and accurate typing, clear communication, problem-solving within defined SOPs, and basic record-keeping.
Abilities: Work independently with minimal supervision, learn quickly from training modules, maintain confidentiality, and consistently meet quality/throughput metrics.
Flexible schedules to balance studies, family, or other commitments.
Work-from-home or on-site placement based on your preference and project suitability.
