HR Service Jobs is hiring dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executives to support insurance processing operations. As part of our growing team, you will handle documentation, policy verification, claims input, data entry, and administrative coordination for insurance-related tasks. Handle end-to-end insurance documentation and data processing tasks.
Input customer and policy data into the internal system with 100% accuracy.
Verify submitted documents and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Track policy issuance, renewals, and claim processes.
Coordinate with internal departments for case follow-ups and escalate discrepancies when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information.
Generate periodic reports and update records as per the standard operating procedures.
Assist team leads and managers in daily operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
Bachelors degree in any stream (preferred: Commerce, Business Administration).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word).
Basic knowledge of insurance terms, forms, and operations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks diligently.

Prior experience (0–2 years) in back office, BPO, insurance processing, or data entry roles will be an added advantage.
Monday to Saturday
Full-Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
(Sunday fixed off)
