Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Loan Services team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential and existing clients to provide detailed information about loan products and guide them through the application process. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Hindi or any other regional language, possess strong communication skills, and are looking to build a stable career in financial services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote loan products (personal, home, business loans, etc.)

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations

  • Explain loan terms, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment plans

  • Follow up with customers on pending documents or incomplete applications

  • Maintain accurate call logs, records, and update CRM systems

  • Handle customer queries and escalate complex cases to the supervisor if needed

  • Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team manager

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th pass/12th pass; graduates preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi or any regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of loan services or financial products

  • Good listening and convincing skills

  • Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Polite and professional phone etiquette


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

  • Prior experience in financial services or loan processing is a plus


Working Hours

  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
