Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Voice Process Call Center team for the night shift. As a Call Center Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced professionals looking to build a stable career in customer service. Night shift role with cab facility included.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during customer interactions.

  • Update customer records and document call outcomes accurately in the system.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department.

  • Meet or exceed daily call handling quotas and performance metrics.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language as per location).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed of at least 25 WPM).

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

  • Flexible to work in a night shift environment.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center (voice process) will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (IST)

  • Work Days: 6 days a week (Rotational weekly off)

  • Shift timings may vary depending on business needs.

  • Sound understanding of customer service protocols.

  • Capability to quickly learn and use customer service software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
