Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing health insurance sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining various health insurance products, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

  • Educate prospects about different health insurance plans and their benefits.

  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products accordingly.

  • Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sales process.

  • Stay up-to-date with health insurance products, industry trends, and compliance guidelines.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Graduation (any stream).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone.

  • Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM tools.


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred.

  • Prior experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (fixed shift)

  • Sunday Fixed Off
