This fully remote position involves compiling, documenting, and maintaining digital student records with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless academic documentation for a growing client base of educational institutions and tutoring services.
Accurately record and update student information in internal databases.
Prepare and edit academic documentation including attendance logs, performance summaries, progress reports, and transcripts.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with educational privacy standards.
Coordinate with supervisors or educational personnel to verify record details when needed.
Maintain a consistent file-naming and folder organization structure across documents.
Conduct regular audits of student data to ensure information is current and complete.
Compile data for academic evaluations and reporting.
Draft written summaries or briefs related to student academic activities as requested.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong time management and self-discipline to manage remote work responsibilities.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
