Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Recruitment Researcher to join our growing HR and Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters with initial candidate outreach and follow-up communication.

  • Support HR and recruitment projects as assigned to streamline the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Experience
