Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Recruitment Researcher to join our growing HR and Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent part-time, work-from-home opportunity for female professionals returning to the workforce or individuals seeking flexible employment. In this role, you will support our recruitment team by conducting candidate research, sourcing potential talent, and assisting with preliminary screening to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify qualified candidates for various job openings using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

• Assist recruiters with initial candidate outreach and follow-up communication.

• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Perform preliminary candidate assessments based on job requirements provided by hiring managers.

• Prepare shortlists of potential candidates for review by the recruitment team.

• Support HR and recruitment projects as assigned to streamline the hiring process.

• Collaborate with team members to meet hiring deadlines and recruitment goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using online job boards, LinkedIn, and social media for recruitment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

• Good written and spoken English skills for professional communication.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment support, HR operations, or research roles.

• Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome.

• Prior experience in talent sourcing or HR internships will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time, remote, flexible working hours (approximately 3–4 hours per day).

• Schedule can be adjusted to suit female returnees or homemakers seeking work-life balance.
