The Elite Job is looking for motivated and detail-oriented female college students to join our team as Part-Time Customer Email Support Executives. This remote role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in customer service while managing their studies. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback via email in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
