SysTechCare Support is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. You will be responsible for ensuring product details are accurate, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing to drive higher visibility and sales. Create, edit, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Write compelling and SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance product visibility.
Upload product images, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking and sales performance.
Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, or policy violations and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure listings are up-to-date and stock levels are accurate.
Track and analyze listing performance, generating reports to optimize future listings.
Maintain compliance with Amazon and Flipkart seller guidelines to avoid penalties.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub operations.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging product content.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce and keyword research.
Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in listings.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
1-2 years of experience in product listing or e-commerce management (Amazon/Flipkart preferred).
Freshers with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms may also be considered.
Flexible working hours with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Approximately 4–6 hours per day depending on project requirements.
Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace policies and guidelines.
Ability to handle bulk uploads and catalog management efficiently.
Analytical mindset to track listing performance and implement improvements.
Strong time management skills to meet daily and weekly targets.
