Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights

• Automate reporting dashboards and build scalable analytical tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Ops, Finance) to drive business decisions

• Monitor key performance metrics and track deviations against targets

• Deliver impactful presentations and reports to stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Math, Business, or related fields

• Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, and basic data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Passion for working with data and uncovering insights

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience or internships in business analysis, operations, or data roles

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R

• Familiarity with AWS tools, data warehousing, or financial modeling
