Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video recordings into clear, grammatically correct text.

• Proofread and edit transcripts for accuracy, consistency, and formatting.

• Identify and note inaudible sections, timestamps, and speaker changes where required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security of all files and client information.

• Meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards.

• Communicate with the team or project managers to clarify content or receive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong listening and comprehension skills in English.

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred).

• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple files and meet tight deadlines.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Experience

• Prior experience in transcription, data entry, or content editing is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong English proficiency and typing skills are welcome to apply.
